Private Dining & Events

We do not have a private dining room in Aqua Kyoto, however we can accommodate larger tables within the main restaurant. Alternatively, our sister venue, Aqua Nueva, located next door, does have private dining rooms accommodating 15-30 guests seated.

Minimum spends vary depending on the day of the week, time of year and group size. Set sharing menus are priced from £72 per person, plus service charge, with bespoke canapé menus for larger receptions available on request.

Yes. Aqua Kyoto is available for exclusive hire for up to 120 seated guests or 400 for a standing reception, including the restaurant, Aqua Spirit bar and the rooftop terrace overlooking Regent Street. Combined with sister restaurant Aqua Nueva, the venue can accommodate up to 800 standing.

Yes. The kitchen provides alternative dishes for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests. Let your event manager know when you book and the menu will be adjusted.

Aqua Kyoto is on the fifth floor of 240 Regent Street, London W1B 3BR, in the former Dickins & Jones building. It’s a short walk from Oxford Circus station on the Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines.
