Inspired by the effortlessly cool cocktail scene of Japan, Aqua Spirit Bar is the perfect place to get together and sip on delicious drinks created by our world-class team of talented mixologists, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere.  Dark, sleek and sultry, the Aqua Spirit Bar transports you to a Kyoto night, where resident DJs and entertainers perform long into the evening and the vibes are never anything less than immaculate. Our own Japanese inspired house cocktails – such as the Hibiscus Haiku made with infused Casamigos blanco, the sake and vodka based Geisha, and the refreshing Japanese Garden – are served alongside all the classics, like bittersweet Negronis, smokey and sophisticated Old Fashioneds and the ever popular Espresso Martini, plus three different takes on a Bellini for those feeling the need for something sweet and sparkling.

Our back bar also boasts an incredible list of specially curated wines, beers and spirits, along with a creative menu of simple yet sophisticated Japanese bar snacks, like tuna tataki with fermented tomato and shisho sorbet, rock shrimp tempura, chicken karaage, edamame and sushi. In the summer months our beautiful rooftop terrace offers sweeping views of London’s skyline as the city moves from day to evening. At the weekends we offer a four course brunch menu, where you can dine on our showstopping sushi platter and make the most of the free-flowing wine, beer, Prosecco and Champagne as our DJs spin a chilled-out Aqua playlist ‘til sundown and beyond.
