To celebrate these delicate blossoms, our chefs have created a limited-edition menu where you can experience dishes such as our Sakura Roll with blue prawn, avocado, cucumber, yukari, and morello cherry jelly, and Pan-fried Duck Breast with sour cherry teriyaki, truffle pak choi, and sakura crisps.
In partnership with House of Suntory, we’ve crafted a special cocktail menu showcasing the iconic Japanese spirits Roku Gin, Toki Whisky, and Haku Vodka.
Adorning Aqua Spirit, a breathtaking Sakura installation transforms the space into a whimsical celebration of spring. A stunning blossom and lantern arch bridges the bar and restaurant, while cascading sakura and lanterns drape from chandeliers—inviting guests to partake in their own flower viewing.
