The signature cocktail menu brings a fresh, seasonal approach to rooftop terrace drinking, designed for long, unhurried summer evenings above the city. Alongside the Kuro Pearl (£17) – a vibrant blend of Beluga Noble Vodka with matcha, padrón pepper and yuzu – and the Hinoke (£17), which pairs Beluga Noble Vodka with Chambord, raspberry, sage and lemon, explore a wider selection of serves. From crisp, refreshing flavours to fruit-led summer blends and perfectly balanced classics, the menu is designed for easy sipping as day turns to night on the terrace.
