Located just a stone’s throw away from Soho, Aqua Kyoto is an easily accessible location for your exclusive events. From special anniversary and premiere parties, to product launches and corporate networking events – Aqua Kyoto can be transformed to suit any occasion. The full venue can be hired for up to 170 seated guests dining and 400 standing.

Start your event with a drinks reception in the adjacent Aqua Spirit bar before moving to the restaurant to enjoy a seated dining experience featuring our innovative Japanese dishes. Alternatively, enjoy canapés and bowls for a more informal reception with entertainment and dancing.

Aqua Kyoto can also be hired exclusively with our adjacent sister restaurant, Aqua Nueva.

When combined with Aqua Nueva, the venue can accommodate 800 people standing. Half venue hire is also available in the restaurant and rooftop terrace or Aqua Spirit Bar.

HALF VENUE HIRE

Aqua Kyoto also offers the flexibility to be hired in part, rather than in totality. The restaurant, rooftop terrace and Aqua Spirit Bar can be hired separately for standing and seated events.

MENUS Aqua Kyoto offers an innovative and deliciously unique Japanese cuisine. An extensive menu of beautifully presented sushi and sashimi and creative hot dishes combine superb produce with a contemporary technique. For reception events, to offer flexibility, all canapés & bowls have been individually priced so that you can design a bespoke reception menu to suit your guests. For dining events, the set menus available in Aqua Kyoto are based on a sharing concept of dishes, which will be continually brought to the table over the course of your meal.
