From 18th November to 4th January, Aqua Kyoto will be transformed into a stunning winter sanctuary – from the buzzing Spirit Bar to the serene covered winter terrace. Expect glistening, snow-dusted details, soft lighting, and an atmosphere inspired by the tranquil temples and frozen gardens of Kyoto in wintertime.

This exclusive collaboration celebrates the artistry of nature – where water meets life – mirroring the craftsmanship behind GREY GOOSE, a vodka made from the finest ingredients and savoured in the world’s most elegant settings.

To complement the immersive design, guests can indulge in a limited-edition cocktail menu featuring GREY GOOSE martinis that capture the refined elegance of winter.

The Hanami Goose – GREY GOOSE Altius meets cherry blossom–infused vermouth and Zallotti Water, finished with a luxurious caviar bump.
The Golden Hour – a warming blend of GREY GOOSE, kaffir lime, floral citrus liqueur, and orange marmalade, with a golden shimmer that glows like dusk on snow.
The Solenne – bright, bold, and unexpected, combining GREY GOOSE with tamarillo sherbet, lime, and orange liqueur, misted with aromatic tamarillo spray.
